Coffee Drinks
Ingredients for Coffee Gelatin
A. 1 cup hot water + 5 grams agar agar thread or china grass
B. 3 cups water + 2 tablespoon instant coffee +1/2 cup sugar

Procedure for Coffee Gelatin
1. Soak the agar agar in to water for 20 minutes (A)
2. Boil the 3 cups water then add letter ‘A’ that mentioned in number 1, strain
3. Add the remaining ingredients from letter ‘B’ (coffee + sugar)
4. Let it cool in room temperature then put in the fridge for 1 hour

Ingredients for Samalamig (Cold Drink)
1/2 cup warm water
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon coffee
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups cold water
2 cups coffee gelatin, cubes
4-5 cups ice cubes

Procedure for Samalamig
1. In samalamig vessel or small timba, dissolve the sugar by adding warm water, mix it
2. Add all the remaining ingredients one by one

If you will that the coffee flavor is too strong, just add more ice cubes.
