Why did I do a Barista course? I’ve walked into coffee shops so many times and had no idea what the barista is doing with all those buttons and levers, today I got a chance to play a barista myself and it was too much fun! In this Melbourne Barista Course we learned how to make espresso, latte, cappuccino, flat white, macchiato as well as general maintenance of the machines.
