INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of milk (500 ml)
2 cups of whipping cream (500 ml)
4 TSP decaffeinated soluble coffee (0,28 OZ)
10 TBSP of sugar (7 OZ)
Few drops of vanilla essence
0,70 OZ gelatin powder = 12 gelatin sheets
12 flat and square cookies
A round mold or source of 22 cm x 6 cm high
