Praline Coffee.
Ingredients:
2 quarts brewed coffee
3 (12 ounce) cans evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 cups vanilla ice cream. softened
1 cup vodka
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons maple flavoring
Direction:
1. In Dutch oven. combine coffee. milk and sugar. Stirring occasionally. cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in ice cream. vodka. vanilla and maple flavoring.
Serve hot.
Makes about 20 (6 ounce) servings
