For the first time, I roasted coffee beans with an air fryer.
The beans are added to the air fryer heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes. For 3 minutes, the air fryer is shaken by hugging without turning it on. Then, the color change of the coffee beans is checked by opening the lid every 2 minutes. After the 10th minute, the first cracks are heard. From here on, you have to decide for yourself where you want to finish. Preferably, a darker roast is required for espresso, and a lighter roast for v60. If you are going to use these beans for espresso, it is recommended to wait 1 week. If you are going to use it for V60, it will be enough to wait 2 days. You can ask your questions in the comments.
